Upon your arrival, the beds are made, and a set of hand and bath towels is provided. Bed linen and towel changes take place during your stay according to your individual needs.

The kitchen is equipped with hand dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, brush, and kitchen towels. Food and spices are not provided.

The bathroom is equipped with liquid soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. You will also find cosmetic tissues and a hairdryer.

During your vacation at Franzenhof, you will receive the following for free:

• Plastic dishes, children's cutlery, bottle warmer
• Step stool in the bathroom, potty
• Shower mat to prevent slipping

All apartments are equipped with socket child safety locks.

Do fresh baked goods belong to your holiday breakfast? Our baker delivers them to your door six days a week.

Do you not feel like lugging around beverage crates? With us, you can get mineral water as well as apple juice and beer from the region at a reasonable price. And all of this comes in reusable bottles for the taste and the environment.

And, of course, the home-distilled Obstler (fruit brandy) and liqueurs. But those aren't for quenching your thirst!!!
