Our prices are valid for up to four persons and for stays of four nights or more. Each additional person is charged at €20/night, but the third and each subsequent child of a family is free of charge. If an apartment with two bedrooms is occupied by only two persons who require only one bedroom, a discount is applied.

For stays of three nights, we apply a short-term surcharge of 20% on the apartment price, and for two nights, a surcharge of 40%. Single-night stays are not accepted..

During the high season, we do not accept arrivals and departures on Sundays, and the minimum stay is 4 nights. Over the New Year's period, the minimum stay is one week!

Telephone bookings and those made via email must be confirmed in writing. Additionally, we require a deposit of €50 per stay at the time of booking.

Due to an uncertain staffing situation and unpredictable costs, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer breakfast options for 2023 and 2024 until further notice.

The overnight rates include electricity, water, heating, and final cleaning. For stays of 1 week or longer, we offer a free intermediate cleaning upon request..

Wi-Fi/Internet is fully included in the overnight rate.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and table linen are provided free of charge. This also applies to dishwasher and hand soap.

Currently, there is no tourist tax in Deggenhausertal.

The baby equipment doesn't fit in the car?

Our baby equipment in the apartments includes:

• Cot or travel bed, made up upon arrival
• Changing table or changing mat with cover
• High chair
• Plastic dishes, children's cutlery, bottle warmer
• Step stool in the bathroom, potty
• Shower mat to prevent slipping

All apartments are equipped with socket child safety locks.

... as well as:

Bed guard, child buggy, wagon, and a small baby bathtub are available for borrowing.

The whole family is welcome to vacation with us.

With prior arrangement, you are allowed to bring your four-legged family member. (In our attic apartments - Erntedank, Sommerhimmel, Frühlingsmorgen, Storchen- und Schwalbennest, dogs and cats are not allowed.)

For dogs and cats, we charge €15 per started week. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the apartment.

Our apartments and indoor common areas are smoke-free.

Even our animals don't like cigarettes in the barn.

However, there are plenty of ashtrays available for smokers outdoors.

WLAN/Internet is fully included in the overnight rate.
